With a background in psychology and in the non-profit sector, I take my role in building community very seriously. I’ve led online and in-person communities for nearly a decade, having hosted hundreds of events and gatherings.
Navigating the networking space, I noticed I was uncomfortable with traditional networking. The business card dance and walking into a room full of strangers. Being a neurodivergent introvert, this wasn’t for me. As they say, if you don't find what you are looking for - build it yourself!
Founded in 2024, The WEbiz Collective was born to support those like me who are looking for deeper connections with more supportive and inclusive gatherings.
My goal for you is to find a second home in WEbiz - you do not have to do business alone!

I’m a creative entrepreneur and the maker behind Arunima G Studio, with over a decade of experience across design and creative experiences. I’ve always been drawn to creating and making things, and over time, I’ve come to see how hands-on creative activities can help us slow down, connect, and make space for joy in everyday life. I like to think of this as creative wellness.
Over the years, I’ve designed and hosted 75+ creative workshops and experiences. I love bringing people together, encouraging them to try something new, and creating spaces where there’s no pressure to be perfect. I’m especially drawn to the idea of cultivating hobbies and sprouting creativity through more opportunities to make, create, and explore.
Alongside this, I work as a graphic designer, helping brands and businesses bring their stories to life visually. Both sides of my work come back to using creativity to spark connection, curiosity, joy, and meaningful experiences.

As a seasoned coach and organizer who has helped people declutter for a decade, in 2026 I broadened my title to match what I’m actually doing: Life Coaching. My clients are wonderful women who want more for themselves, but first need to embrace self-care habits, simplicity, personal power, and make slow incremental progress.
I have lived the stress, uncertainty, anxiety and lack of control that feeling disorganized brings. Together we can clear undesired things out and spend more time and energy on what matters to us. I take my clients on a journey of progress, while honoring what they love and how they naturally work.
Blending practical organizing and decluttering methods, creative problem solving, and finding the WHY behind your clutter, we will make more space for what matters to you.

I’ve been a WEBiz Collective member from the beginning of its formation and am a huge supporter of this intentional and purpose based community that founder Liz Russel is creating. What lights me up most is meeting other women and sharing moments of true connection.
As an official WEBiz Collective Ambassador, my greatest strength lies in fostering authentic connection. I’m passionate about bridging relationships between women entrepreneurs, intuitively spotting synergies, and helping to create intentional spaces where women feel seen, supported, and uplifted.
I created my business Harmonic Glowing, to help others by bringing more healing, light, love, and kindness into the world. People just feel good after a session with me. I specialize in sensory sound meditations and offer guidance on mindset, manifestation, and mental clarity. As a self-care advocate, I help people engage in restorative relaxation, gently inviting the nervous system to reset and move from fight or flight into rest and restore.

Hey, I'm Isabelle Sarley, an Email Strategist for women founders with community-led brands who give a frick. They call me when they're ready to turn their email list into a tribe where subscribers feel like humans who belong. My approach evolves alongside their brand, with fun as the cherry on top.
Like when I built the email foundations and a sales campaign for a TEDx Women's chapter in Washington State, and their first-ever event sold out.
Now, away from the inbox, I love creating genuine connections at in-person events (including WEBiz, duh), exploring the beautiful PNW, especially by the water, and playing hide-and-seek with my sassy cat, Newton.
And when I'm not crafting emails, I'm guiding women to write their own through my email retreats, or hosting coworking mastermind gatherings as the founder of Muse Marée™.
