Hi, I'm Carley! I've been a licensed acupuncturist for about 5 years and I see patients of all ages in my office downtown Issaquah and occasionally offer virtual Qigong meditations. I found acupuncture through my own healing journey and I love being able to share it with others. My goal is to provide very gentle yet effective treatments and educate my patients on how to heal and maintain the progress for themselves. I have experience successfully working with a wide range of conditions including preconception through postpartum, peri/menopause, digestive complaints, weight gain, sleep issues, mental/emotional health and physical pain. I specialize in crafting artisan sourdough breads with care and attention to detail. As a mom to two boys, including one with autism, I understand the importance of patience, dedication, and community support. Baking is not just my business—it’s my passion and a way to connect with others. I offer convenient porch pickups and regularly participate in local vendor events to share my bread with the community. I’m proud to support local causes through my bakery and give back whenever I can. Every loaf I bake reflects my commitment to quality and heart.

Jodie is an artist and has been painting colorful, happy art for 20 years. A love of animals, nature, vibrant color and humor highly influences her work. Pet portrait commissions keep her busy as well as her own creations. She was interviewed on KOMO TV’s Seattle Refined and has shown her work in various venues including Schack Gallery and Overlake Hospital. She works out of her backyard art studio in Kirkland where Ranger, her 11-year-old Great Pyrenees, keeps her company.

Winnie Shine Designs is my heart project — a collection of hand-drawn coloring books, stationery, and handmade gifts inspired by the furry friends in my life, especially my Frenchie sidekick, Winston (aka Winnie). Tammy Myers, founder of Lora Bloom Consulting, brings over 15 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, and SEO, combined with more than a decade as a small business owner. After launching First & Bloom in 2014, a successful online floral business on Seattle's Eastside, she now applies her expertise into helping fellow entrepreneurs align their business strategy, digital presence, and customer experience through thoughtful, practical, and attainable solutions. Tammy is passionate about empowering business owners to grow with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

PILATES INSTRUCTOR

I am a passionate Pilates instructor dedicated to helping you feel stronger, more balanced, and confident in your body. I teach individuals of all ages and fitness levels. I specialize in working with Mid-Life people that are new (or returning) to exercise. 

I also run the "Pilates for Travel" Program via workshops. Learn how to keep up your fitness level when traveling using simple, portable props that fit in your purse or carry-on bag.  

I also have a passion for working with both Pregnant and Post-partum women with Diastasis Recti (DR) through individual sessions and group classes.
