As the founder of Sequoia CPA, I blend expert bookkeeping with strategic advisory support, growing with you as your business evolves. My approach is hands on, collaborative, and focused on education so you always know what is happening behind the numbers. With a CPA background and years of startup experience, I bring clarity, structure, and strategy to every client relationship. When I’m not working, you’ll find me out on a long walk, in the garden, or traveling the world with my husband.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER & WORKSHOP HOST, ARUNIMA G STUDIO

I am a graphic designer with over 10 years of experience in branding, packaging, social media design, and UI/UX. I help businesses and individuals tell their stories visually through thoughtful, playful, and pastel design styles. I create designs that resonate with audiences and bring brands to life.

Alongside design, I host unique, technique-driven hobby workshops that encourage creativity and mindfulness. From embroidery to macrame to mandala and other crafts, my workshops provide hands-on experiences for adults to explore and unwind. Each session is designed to inspire participants to create something beautiful while learning new skills.

SOUND MEDITATION PRACTITIONER & LICENSED ESTHETICIAN OF HARMONIC GLOWING

With a background in professional esthetics, my mission is to provide luxurious tools for nervous system regulation. My work primarily focuses on facilitating curated group soundscapes for private events and wellness retreats that utilize somatic vibration and scent to trigger a profound relaxation response. To complement these journeys, I offer individualized sound sessions or luxury facials, allowing guests to pair sound therapy with targeted skincare for a complete restorative experience.

REAL ESTATE BROKER

I help people find the place that feels like home in Washington’s Seattle and greater Eastside communities. With a background in luxury real estate marketing, new construction development, and transaction coordination, I bring a strong operational and design-focused approach to buying and selling. I understand how to guide clients through every step, from preparing a home for market to navigating offers with confidence. I pair local knowledge with innovative tools, including AI home visualization, to help buyers and sellers see what is possible. Originally from California’s Wine Country, I’m rooted in community, strong relationships, and hospitality. I believe real estate should feel personal, supported, and seamless. Helen Gray-Schnase, MD, MBA, is a healthcare professional with extensive experience in medicine and medical management, combining her clinical expertise with business acumen to enhance healthcare delivery. Her extensive leadership experience and dual background in medicine and business allows her to effectively bridge clinical and administrative functions, driving innovation in healthcare. Dr. Schnase is passionate about and committed to improving patient outcomes and instilling self-confidence, striving to create a positive impact through her work in aesthetics and wellness at VIO Med Spa in Redmond, where she emphasizes personalized care and empowering individuals. 

PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZER

I’m Holly, your organizer friend and guide on the Seattle Eastside! I'm the founder of H.A.P. Organizing Solutions, and I help women solopreneurs clear out the clutter and make space for what lights them up!

As a work-from-home mom with all sorts of passions and interests, my organization systems and decluttered lifestyle allow me to have the energy and capacity to do the things I love. 

H.A.P. stands for Happy and Productive, Home and Paper, and my initials. Since I specialize in paper management, my clients make huge shifts in setting up an inspiring, clutter-free work environment, in order to get their best work done, and also for their self-care and peace of mind.

I work with clients 1:1 in person and virtually, host a semi-monthly Happy and Productive Power Hour (coworking sessions) virtually, and occasionally host workshops. Outside of the business, my passions and interests include: working full time as a financial operations manager, in-depth learning about personality frameworks (e.g. Enneagram) & astrology, singing in a chorus, enriching my brain with numerous podcasts on different subjects, jigsaw puzzles, hanging out with friends, and doing life with my family (including dog and cat).

I’m Ileana, an Ecuadorian woman passionate about the creative world since I was little. I’ve always believed that details made with love have the power to transform simple moments into unforgettable memories. Through my business, balloon decoration became my form of art – my way to share smiles and connect emotions. My purpose is to leave a piece of my heart in every design, bring joy to every celebration, and create happiness for every person who receives a detail made especially for them.

I’m Isabelle, founder of Monday Muse — an in-person coworking community created to help fellow women entrepreneurs kickstart their week with a change of space and a room full of “you get it” energy.

I’m also an email marketer and copywriter based in the Seattle (Eastside!) area. Where women-led brands who give a frick, call me when they're ready for email marketing to be that nurturing needle-moving piece of the puzzle.

Haaiii! I’m Jessica, proud Director of Operations and Event Coordinator for Big Block Brewing, a female-majority-owned family business where I’ve spent the last nine years keeping our now four bustling locations running smoother than a fresh nitro pour. With extensive experience in hospitality, community building, management, merchandising, and business logistics, I’m passionate about nurturing our loyal regulars (the Blockheads) while expanding into new communities with unique needs. I proudly lead our female-majority team in a traditionally male-dominated industry, and I manage a powerhouse crew who keep our production flowing, provide a fantastic guest experience, keep our inventory tight, and bring everything from weddings to markets, dance nights, live music, private parties, and both on- and off-site events to life. We’ve even expanded into craft NA beverages because everyone deserves a seat at our table. When I’m not being a badass boss lady, you’ll find me cooking and baking with my husband, crafting something chaotic, or hanging with friends, family, and my two very spoiled cats. I’m a metal head and disco queen at heart. And as a neurospicy woman with nearly a decade in recovery and a domestic violence survivor, I’m honored to mentor and support other women rebuilding their lives after addiction and/or domestic violence, including through my volunteer work with King County Sexual Assault Resource Center’s Empowered Voice program.

Jodie is an artist and has been painting colorful, happy art for 20 years. A love of animals, nature, vibrant color and humor highly influences her work. Pet portrait commissions keep her busy as well as her own creations. She was interviewed on KOMO TV’s Seattle Refined and has shown her work in various venues including Schack Gallery and Overlake Hospital. She works out of her backyard art studio in Kirkland where Ranger, her 11-year-old Great Pyrenees, keeps her company.

Hi, I’m Shaina (aka Shine), the Founder and Creative Director of Winnie Shine Designs — a brand built to inspire creativity, mindfulness, and a little more joy in your everyday. After 10+ years leading marketing strategies at places like Amazon and ESPN, I left the corporate world to follow my passion for illustration, storytelling, and small business ownership.

Winnie Shine Designs is my heart project — a collection of hand-drawn coloring books, stationery, and handmade gifts inspired by the furry friends in my life, especially my Frenchie sidekick, Winston (aka Winnie). Everything I create is meant to help you slow down, express yourself, and feel good — because I believe creativity is a powerful form of self-care. Tammy Myers, founder of Lora Bloom Consulting, brings over 15 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, and SEO, combined with more than a decade as a small business owner. After launching First & Bloom in 2014, a successful online floral business on Seattle's Eastside, she now applies her expertise into helping fellow entrepreneurs align their business strategy, digital presence, and customer experience through thoughtful, practical, and attainable solutions. Tammy is passionate about empowering business owners to grow with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

PILATES INSTRUCTOR

I am a passionate Pilates instructor dedicated to helping you feel stronger, more balanced, and confident in your body. I teach individuals of all ages and fitness levels. I specialize in working with Mid-Life people that are new (or returning) to exercise. 

I also run the "Pilates for Travel" Program via workshops. Learn how to keep up your fitness level when traveling using simple, portable props that fit in your purse or carry-on bag.  

I also have a passion for working with both Pregnant and Post-partum women with Diastasis Recti (DR) through individual sessions and group classes.
