What to expect

Our retreat prioritizes comfort and well-being. The Resort at Port Ludlow has a waterfront inn with each room having a fireplace and jetted tub. Hello relaxation!

Ease into the retreat with time to settle, unwind, and arrive fully.

  • 4:00–5:00 PM: Get comfy in your room, unpack, and decompress

  • 5:00–6:30 PM: Get-to-know-you activity and intention setting

  • 6:30–8:00 PM: Group dinner

  • 8:00 PM onward: Downtime, evening rest

Thursday, March 19

A full day dedicated to focus, learning, and balance.

  • 9:00 –3:00 PM: All-day business discussions, presentations & activities including breakfast & lunch

  • 3:00–4:00 PM: Sound Bath Experience

  • 4:00–6:00 PM: Downtime - take a walk, read, do whatever feels right

  • 6:00–7:30 PM: Group dinner

  • 7:30 - 9:00 PM: Game night

  • 9:00 PM onward: Downtime, evening rest

Friday, March 20

A day designed for movement, exploration, and meaningful conversation.

  • 9:00–10:00 AM: Breakfast

  • 10:00–1:00 PM: Let’s explore! (Select one activity, all are optional)

    • Water sports - kayak or paddleboard

    • Biking

    • Hiking

  • 1:00–3:00 PM: Lunch & Mastermind Session

  • 3:00–4:30 PM: Downtime

  • 4:30–7:00 PM: Visit to Finnriver Farm & Cidery

  • 7:00–9:00 PM: S’mores & Reflection

Saturday, March 21

A gentle close that allows space to reflect and integrate.

  • 9:00–10:00 AM: Breakfast

  • 10:00 - 12:00 PM: Check-out & heartfelt goodbyes

  • Each guest is responsible for transportation to and from the resort. Carpooling is encouraged.

    Reserve your spot by paying the deposit. All payments refundable if notice is given by February 1, minus the deposit which is nonrefundable. Beginning February 2, no refunds will be given. Obtaining travel insurance is highly encouraged. All payments must be made by each payment due date otherwise your spot may no longer be reserved.

Payment plans require an initial non-refundable deposit, with remaining balances paid in scheduled installments prior to the retreat.
