Biz Workshop - Overwhelm: Creating Sustainable Success for Professional Women

  • Woodinville - address sent to all attendees (map)

Ever feel like you have a hundred tabs open in your brain at once? You're not alone, and it's not a personal failing.

In this 50-minute session, we'll dig into why overwhelm hits professional women so hard, and what actually helps. Drawing on brain science and practical mindfulness tools, we'll go beyond generic productivity tips to tackle the real culprits: mental load, perfectionism, and a nervous system running on empty. You'll leave with strategies for preventing and managing overwhelm, plus permission to work with your brain instead of against it.

Welcoming for everyone, including those who are neurodivergent or ADHD-adjacent; just bring a willingness to breathe, reflect, and walk away with tools you'll be able to use the very same day!

Led by Hannah of Hannah Asher Coaching LLC

Hannah provides services to adults with ADHD and executive functioning challenges through one-on-one coaching, workshops, group classes, and trainings to professional and individual interest groups, as well as parent coaching and guidance through the evaluation process. As an experienced coach and educator, her focuses include metacognition, mindfulness, task management, organization, and managing overwhelm. With backgrounds in Educational Psychology, teaching, and yoga instruction, she uses research-based, practical strategies to help clients identify patterns, set meaningful goals, and build sustainable skills. She is particularly passionate about working with driven, successful, women ,often diagnosed later in life, who experience anxiety, overwhelm, and self-doubt alongside their ADHD. When not working, Hannah spends her time riding horses, running, cooking (and eating!), and enjoying time with her husband and two cats.
